The Minasangay Island Ecological Park and Resort
Minasangay is an ecological park and resort that’s found outside the town proper of Balangkayan, Eastern Samar. It’s a 25-kilometer drive from Borongan, and you’ll have to be very careful when going there lest you miss it. There are no signs pointing to the place. One of the coolest features that the resort has is the range of cliff diving opportunities one can have there. There are around 6 diving boards of different heights, so you can try out the lower ones before venturing out into the board simply called “6” and is the highest cliff out there.
