36th Samar Island Partnership for Peace and
Development (SIPPAD) Assembly
Your Army in Eastern Visayas attended the 36th Samar Island Partnership for Peace and Development (SIPPAD) Assembly at the Farmer's Training Center, University of Eastern Philippines (UEP) Catarman, Northern Samar on March 9, 2017. This year's theme: "Enhancing Road Networks and Peace Building Programs towards Sustainable Peace and Security in the Samar Island." SIPPAD is a partnership of the Church, Academe, Civil Society, Media and Youth in the Provinces of Northern, Eastern and Western Samar.
