Your Army in Eastern Visayas attended the Eastern Visayas Regional Development Council - Development Administration Committee (RDC VIII-DAC) Meeting at the Felipina Hall, NEDA VIII, Government Center, Palo, Leyte on March 14, 2017. RDC answers the need for a single planning body whose main concern is the overall socio-economic development of Eastern Visayas region.
