New Units Multipurpose All-Terrain Military Truck
Your Army in Eastern Visayas has received Fifty One (51) units of newly TRUCK TROOP CARRIER 1 1/4 TON KM450, out of the 51 units of KM450, 17 units of KM450 were issued to our units in Mindanao. Col Clifford Cyril Y Riveral ( GSC) MNSA PA, the Assistant Division Commander for Retirees & Reservist Affairs(ADCRRA) and other officers lead the Hand-Over of the keys to respective Brigade S4's, together with Capt John O Geronimo CHS, the Command Chaplain who rendered the final blessing of the Vehicles
This multipurpose all-terrain military truck was first introduced in 1998 as part of the AFP Modernization Program. It is powered by a 3.9 liter diesel engine and can run a maximum road speed of above 100 kilometers per hour.
