Rights-Based Policing
In order to address and enhance understanding of Human Rights issues in the community. Your Army in Eastern Visayas attended a forum on Rights-Based Policing today February 2, 2017 at Matapat Hall, Camp Ruperto Kangleon, Palo Leyte. Brig. Gen. Cesar M. Idio AFP, 8ID Assistant Division Commander attended the said activity together with PSSUPT Elmer P. Beltejar, Regional Director, PRO8; Atty. Anna Luisa A. Centino, Deputy Chief, RLS8; Ma. Rona S. Lomuardo, Information Officer, CHR RO8 and Atty. Ronan Christian M. Reposar, Vice Mayor Palo, Leyte.
