The personnel readiness of this unit is
low because out of 150 required personnel
base on TOE, the actual assigned personnel is only 93 and
the Qualification Rating (QR) is only 30.43%,
for the reason that majority of the
personnel did not meet the required rank on the given position and some
personnel have the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of Infantry instead of
QMS, OS and MS which resulted to a low rank rating of 20.41% and
Personnel Specialty Rating (PSR) of 36.93%.
For the period covered, this unit conducted all
programmed In-House Training with the Training
Readiness Condition Level/Rating of 71%.
This unit has an overall rating of 57% which
is R3 because the existing facilities did not meet the required quantitative rating of facility.

of the conduct intensified support operations effective 06 October 2016 to 31
December 2016 to contain the Eastern

Regional Party Committee (EVRPC) AOM
and Internal Peace Opn
(IPO) efforts while upholding the peace
initiatives with the CNN, significantly contribute the campaign
against illegal drugs (CAID), and other law enforcement operations particularly
on anti-PAGs (Private Armed Group) and deter acts of terrorism in order to help
create an environment conducive for sustainable development, and a just and
lasting peace in Eastern Visayas”.
