Your Army in Eastern Visayas thru the 20th Infantry (We Lead) Battalion facilitated the activity of Youth Leaders in San Roque, Northern Samar. This activity aims to empower the youth in exercising their role in nation building towards a morally and spiritually upright society through lectures and series of activities about leadership at Kibio Hall, San Roque, Northern Samar today, April 19, 2017.
