Troops under CPT ARBIE C BALWEG (INF) PA Acting Civil-Military Operation Officer this unit provided man power assistance to the DSWD and LGU headed by Hon. Anna T Palloc, Municipal Mayor of Lope de Vega, Northern Samar for humanitarian Assistance in distributing food packs and hygiene kit to the In Displace Person’s (IDPs) from Brgy Sumoroy and Brgy Roxas all of Lope de Vega.
