Your Army in Eastern Visayas in partnership with TESDA Provincial Office facilitated the Opening Ceremony of Bread and Pastry Training to selected military personnel of this command. Mr. Primo V. Regis, Jr, TESDA Provincial Operation Head serves as the guest speaker during the said activity which was held at the AV Room, 8DTS on April 4, 2017.
