Your Army in Eastern Visayas together with the US Armed Forces Engineers and local city officials headed by Mayor Richard Gomez jointly conducted the ground breaking ceremony on the proposed construction of two class room school building at Don Carlos Elementary School, Barangay Boroc, Ormoc City on April 25, 2017.
