Your Army in Eastern Visayas conducted a Pulong-Pulong to the residents of Barangay Geparayan, Silvino Lobos, Northern Samar on April 06, 2017 regarding the NPA terrorist attack to Geparayan Detachment that led to the wounding of 4 innocent civilians. They suffered from a shrapnel due to the high impact of rifle grenade launched by these terrorists that goes to their rooftop.
